 Service and Maintenance Agreements
Under our maintenance agreements, our clients purchase pre-paid block of hours (25, 50, 75, 100+ hours etc). Top Five Reasons Why Our Service Plans Are Risk Free

 
 Non-expiring hours:
This means that your contract hours DO NOT expire with time. There is no time limit on utilizing these hours. The contract expires when you have exhausted the hours (whether it takes three months or three years).

 
 Flat rate billing:
Some vendors charge different rates for different level of services (hardware technician at a lower rate vs. a network engineer who bills at a higher rate). With our service contract, clients are billed at the same flat rate whether the problem calls for intervention by a hardware technician or an advance-level engineer (such as MCSE, Cisco etc). Only exception to this is our security and box hardening service.

 
 No Trip Charges:
All contract clients located within ½ hour drive time from our offices in Raleigh, NC DO NOT pay trip charges. Even the clients who are located outside of Raleigh pay a very reasonable trip charge.

 
 Easy Termination:
We offer an easy termination policy if you are not satisfied with our services. It requires a simple cancellation notice and there are NO PENALTIES for an early termination. This policy also includes 100% money back guarantee of any unused hours under the agreement.

 
 Guaranteed Response Time:
Under the terms of our agreement, we guarantee a prompt on-site response. This ensures that our clients are not sitting around waiting forever for a technician to show up. We recognize the fact that you have employees who may not be working while the network or the server is down. We also realize that you are incurring cost every minute of every hour while the network is down. As one of our contract client, you will find us with an extra sense of urgency to fix your IT related problems.

 Service on per-incidence basis
For those clients who do not wish to purchase a support agreement, we offer per-incidence support. Service rates are slightly higher than contract rates but same technical staff provides the support.  Help Desk Services
We offer Help Desk services only to our contract clients. Our Help Desk provides over-the-phone or remote troubleshooting services. End-users typically call regarding issues with applications, printing problems, e-mail and Internet access problems etc. Help Desk is an effective way of resolving majority of technical issues which do not require an on-site visit, thereby saving our clients added expense.

 Preventive Maintenance
Scheduled on-site visits are part of our on-site Maintenance Agreements. We perform scheduled services ranging from simple on-site Help Desk type services to major system testing and verification such as backup, anti-virus and hardware integrity.

 Remote Network Monitoring and Management
As an option, you can take advantage of our remote network management service that provides fault, performance, and configuration management functions to optimize the overall operation of your computing environment. Available remote networking service levels progress from a simple monitoring service, to remote diagnostic support linked with on-site maintenance dispatch, through isolating and resolving network and system faults, to configuration change and control, to full remote network and system management. Our certified specialists and technical experts can monitor and manage your networks and systems 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
